LEE-ism for the day:
Good eating habits seldom like to travel. Glad to be back home.
Eric Lee is widely known in the music industry today as one-third of the Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award Winning group, Nā Kama, releasing four CDs to date, and working on their fifth due by 2010. His creative musical arrangements and awareness to perpetuate the Hawaiian language has contributed to the magical sound of Nā Kama since it started in 1998. Eric was also a former member of the popular island music group, The Ka‘ala Boys, releasing three studio CDs, a Christmas single, and a greatest hits CD.
Eric has also worked as a studio-for-hire musician, playing on (and at times asked to produce) other artists’ projects, including a number of commercial products, some of which Eric has composed music for.
With his versatility in playing different genres of music, Eric released his solo debut CD, “Crossroads”, on May 1, 2009, being one of the first Hawaiian artists to digitally release a studio recording due to the tremendous changes in the CD market sales of today. “Crossroads” is available for purchase via iTunes and Amazon.com.
